Terminatrix

The client for this project had a One/third scale model of the Terminatrix, which I scanned and polygonized so he could make a full scale model. I modeled it a coworker rendered it.

Fork yeah

This is another 3d model which i created from scan data at a very high resolution so it could be reproduced at 4 times it's scale. Again I modeled it but a coworker Rendered it with and old school render called maxwell in 3 d studio max.

Barbie heads?!

Here are some pieces I did at my job for one client who wanted his face, his wife's, mother's, and father's face on Barbie and ken doll heads. The work flow went as follows: Faces were scanned, Barbie Dolls were scanned, Faces were cut off and put on to barbie doll heads. Hair was re-sculpted on all heads, Additional Sculpting was done on all heads. Especially the Grand Pa head, that hair was entirely re-sculpted from nothing. It was my job to do all sculpting and final touch ups to make the heads cohesive. It's also important to know that these are going to be printed out as actual Barbie doll Head size.

Face Scans.

Heres a piece I did for a Mica student, who wanted a loose representation of her head. I scanned her with the Konica Minolta 9i and modeled the scan data.

Wendy Froud Weekdn sculpture class

Another long time coming. This is something I made
(still kinda in progress, back shots to come soon) during a 3 day class. I had a friend of my photograph it. If you don't know who Wendy Froud is check this out. This is a first time i've made a movable sculpture (toy). It might be the last, but I've learned so much. I'm going to apply this knowledge to my regular sculpture, I even found something better than Sculpy.

Fish!

I decided to start up a side project for myself to take advantage of the down time at work, and to get myself rolling on to bigger projects. I want to get back into character modeling but I thought it would be easier to start off with something simple like a fish. So i started looking at some reference and came upon the Atlantic Wolf Fish. So i for the most part based my fish on that fish. This is a work in progess. First the low poly

Here's the Zbrush progress. Anyone who comes across this I'm wondering I did a little over kill on the details. Also One side of the fish is a bit different from the other and i'm wondering if I need to make it more uniform?

Base Ball heads

This character was something i did for my job. This was done for a presentation pitch for A base ball stadium Statue. I was told i got a little carried away because this guy was not suppose to be one of the focal points. What are yah gonna do? I made a base head and then contorted it to loosely fit different Base ball players.
